Please bring minimal personal belongings to your appointment.

Wash hands

You will be required to wash your hands upon arrival.

I will be sanitizing the room before each appointment as well.

Health check

Your temperature will be taken before entering the room.

Please let me know if you’ve had symptoms or have been around someone with symptoms.

Please don’t bring anyone to the appointment with you.
