Appointment Policies

All Clients: 
I look forward to welcoming you to Lashes by Valentina! 
A $50 deposit is required to hold your scheduled Eyelash Extension service with me.
This deposit will be applied to your final balance after you receive the service. 
This deposit is nonrefundable.

“No-Show” Clients:
Clients who schedule appointment but fail to keep the appointment without notice or consideration will be required to pre-pay for their next service in full at the time of booking.  Deposit is non-refundable but can be applied towards a future appointment.

Cancellations
I understand that emergencies sometimes occur that result in a client’s need to cancel an appointment.
To cancel or rebook your appointment, I require 48 hour notice. Deposit is non-refundable but can be applied towards a future appointment.

Late Arrivals
To ensure all guests of Lashes by Valentina begin their treatment on time and receive the full lash experience I request that you notify me if you will be unable to make your appointment on time. If you arrive late for an appointment, I will do my best to meet all of your service needs, however, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be reschedule to another time to ensure that I can keep on schedule for the next guest. 

For All Clients
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service and so that other guests are not inconvenienced. Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes in advance of your appointment to complete intake forms and to take care of any other needs.
